I had 2 cracks in my basement, one that was leaking water. I called 4 companies, for a quote. The other 3 companies just asked for me to send pictures to them, however the owner of Proseal, Trevor, instead said he liked to come and see the actual job and explain to the customer what needed to be done. This exceptional customer service continued throughout the whole repair, fr om both him and his staff. They used epoxy wh ere some of the companies were only going to use polyurethane for the concrete repair, and they were charging the same price. Trevor is honest and really cares about ensuring his company is offering good service and workmanship. I highly recommend them.
